	Ishmael started singing at an extremely younger age, noting that his love towards the arts has always been evident. Just to prove this statement, at the tender age of 4, he was a supporting actor in the leading television series, “Sossy”. 	In the years 2006, and 2007, Ishmael made the final stage of the [[Malta Junior ~~Eurosong~~ 2006]] and [[Malta Junior ~~Eurosong~~ 2007]] with the songs “My Life” and “I Believe” which he penned himself. Both songs showed his distinctive vocal range, and were received well by both the judges, and the audience.		In the years 2006, and 2007, Ishmael made the final stage of the [[Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2006]] and [[Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2007]] with the songs “My Life” and “I Believe” which he penned himself. Both songs showed his distinctive vocal range, and were received well by both the judges, and the audience.
