'''Jurgen Ciantar''' was born on 31 August, 1996. He comes from Marsa. He is an Actor.

At the tender age of 5, Jurgen began participating in various school plays. During his years in Secondary school he went on to direct, write and act in various plays.

He enrolled in acting classes which served as the pedestal for his ever-growing passion and love for acting. He decided to take theatre more seriously and enrolled to university and he graduated in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Studies and Communication from the University of Malta.

Jurgen had the honour of debuting in 2017 at the [[Manoel Theatre]] with the [[Staġun Teatru Malti]] production lead by [[Mario Philip Azzopardi]] '''Fl-Isem tal-Missier u tal-Iben u tal-Ispettur Bonnici''' in which he portrayed one of the principal roles.

In 2019 he started his theatre company named [[Tijatron]] with the aim of promoting the use maltese language in local plays.

With the help of his company partner [[Clint Chircop]], they produced 6 short plays in total for the '''Cospicua Short Play Festival'''. They went on to win various awards in the competition including best production of the festival. On a personal note within the company he directed during the '''Cospicua Short Play Festival''' with the production named '''Limbu''', which he was nominated for '''Best Director'''.
