	His first musical experience started at the age of 8 in his hometown church where he formed part of a children’s choir for a few years. 	Through the Joseph Calleja choir he was also chosen to be part of a smaller group to sing for the Pope [[Benedict XIV]] in Pjazza San Ġorġ, twice as a chior member in the Rockestra and in 2010 Lydon was one of the chosen few to form part of a choir that sang in the “Concerto Di Natale” that aired on Christmas eve on Rai2. Lydon works as a Senior Hairstylist and achieved his diploma in hairdressing through the institute of community services [[MCAST]].
