Rewind Production showed enough confidence in her that they gave her the opportunity to be part of their team as a Production Manager. She is also working on another dream to produce a short film of her own. She went to [[Our Lady Immaculate School]] in [[Ħamrun]] and at the moment she is studying for a Higher National Diploma in Business at [[MCAST]]. From a very young age, Nakita started showing interest in drama. In fact, at the age of three, she took part in her first school play and has never looked back.

Although she was never given the opportunity to interpret a main part during school plays, she never gave up on her dream. At the age of fourteen, she started taking various drama courses in order to improve her acting skills. Various people in life have often challenged her, saying that she would never make it and that all her efforts would be in vain. However, Nakita always looks forward and at the age of seventeen all her hard work started to pay off. The chance to start her acting career came by a call for extras in ''Evanġelisti''. After this start, she went on to be an extra in various dramas these include ''Salib it-Toroq'', ''La Familia'', ''Deċeduti'', ''Xablott'', ''Rubini'' and ''Emilja'' to mention a few.
